Refund Policy

Effective Date:  Tenth (10th) of September 2025

At Kappa Tutoring, we want all clients to feel confident when booking sessions, packages, or programmes with us. This Refund Policy sets out when refunds are available and the conditions that apply.

1. One-off Sessions

• Refunds are available if a session is cancelled more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

• Sessions may be rescheduled at no extra cost if notice of more than 12 hours is provided.

2. Prepaid Packages (10, 20, or 30 Sessions)

• Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

• Clients may request a full refund before any sessions have taken place, or after a maximum of one completed session.

• After this point, packages are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

• Any sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

3. Programmes

• Programmes are refundable in full if cancelled before the start date.

• Once a programme has begun, fees are non-refundable.

• If Kappa Tutoring cancels a session or part of a programme, clients will be offered either a replacement session or a partial refund for the missed portion.

4. Tutor Cancellations

If a tutor must cancel a scheduled session, clients will be offered:

• A rescheduled session at no additional cost, or

• A full refund for the missed session.
